Scope: SLC been awarded by ESEC JV ACCSAL  the contract to engineer and execute the external MEP infrastructure works for two of three residential masterplans located at the Southern Border in different areas in Jazan, KSA. 

The scope of SLC includes the detailed shop drawings, engineering procurement, method statements, construction, testing & commissioning of all the external MEP infrasturecutre to serve more than a 1500 residential of various typologies including male & female kinder gardens, sport clubs, mosques, clinics, shopping centers, recreational facilities, military police buildings, service buildings, administrative buildings, warehouses, workshops, petrol stations and utilities including sewage treatment plants, RO plants, ancillary buildings.
